SurpriseGreeting Community Guidelines

At SurpriseGreeting, our mission is to create a world of joyful experiences, abundant happiness, infectious laughter, and limitless imagination.

To ensure the safety of SurpriseGreeting, our users, visitors to our website, and marketplace of talent, we have formulated these Community Guidelines. These guidelines are an integral part of our Acceptable Use Policy and our Terms of Service. Any terms defined in our Terms of Service, such as “User” or “Site,” hold the same meaning in these Guidelines. These rules apply to all users and clarify what is acceptable and unacceptable behavior on SurpriseGreeting. By using SurpriseGreeting, you agree to abide by our Terms of Service, including these Guidelines.

We kindly ask for your cooperation in upholding these Guidelines and reporting any violations you come across. If you notice any potential violations, please contact us at safety@SurpriseGreeting.com.

A. Our Expectations

All users must comply with these Community Guidelines, which outline prohibited conduct and restricted or removable content on SurpriseGreeting’s site.

1. Identity and Age Requirements

Be true to yourself—authenticity matters. If you’re a SurpriseGreeting customer, please ensure that you are at least 13 years old. If you are under 18, you need parental or legal guardian consent. Avoid providing false identity information or misleading details when creating a SurpriseGreeting account. Use your real name and genuine photographs. Creating fake accounts that violate our Terms of Service is strictly prohibited.

Avoid trying to bypass our enforcement processes. Unless you have a legitimate reason (e.g., having a seller and a buyer account), refrain from creating multiple accounts.

2. Appropriate Use of SurpriseGreeting’s Site and Products

Please use SurpriseGreeting’s Site and products solely for their intended purposes. Do not engage in deceptive or misleading activities that may affect others negatively. This includes making requests that you know or should know would embarrass talent, compromise their integrity, or deceive and mislead them in any way.

Avoiding fees. Any action taken to avoid paying fees on SurpriseGreeting, such as encouraging fans to use other platforms for purchasing services, is strictly prohibited. Transactions initiated on SurpriseGreeting should be completed on SurpriseGreeting.

Talent users should not manipulate their presence or reputation on SurpriseGreeting through false reviews, shilling, or any actions that interfere with other Talent users’ businesses.

Lastly, refrain from using SurpriseGreeting as a platform for spreading lies, including misinformation.

3. No Illegal Activities 

It’s essential to recognize that our guidelines are not limited to our rules alone; many of them are based on legal requirements. Consequently, you may not engage in, promote, or encourage any illegal activities on or using SurpriseGreeting. Do not submit requests or create content that violates any law, regulation, court order, or legal process, including but not limited to phishing attempts, money laundering, theft, and fraud. Depicting, promoting, or trading illegal drugs or controlled substances on or through the Site is strictly prohibited. In assessing potentially illegal conduct, SurpriseGreeting may consider additional context and the severity of the conduct in question at its sole discretion.

4. No Hate Speech or Disparagement

SurpriseGreeting was established to provide a marketplace for entertainment, joy, and unforgettable experiences through meaningful connections. We take pride in celebrating the diversity of talent on the SurpriseGreeting platform. Please refrain from using hateful or disparaging speech. Language or content attacking, demeaning, dehumanizing, discriminating, or threatening violence based on any legally protected characteristic, such as race, sex, ethnicity, national origin, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, age, disability, or veteran status, is strictly prohibited. Additionally, content promoting organizations or individuals that engage in such behavior is not allowed. This includes the use of slurs or derogatory terms intended to disparage any of the protected characteristics mentioned above.

5. No Violence or Encouragement of Violence

Inciting, encouraging, promoting, or threatening violence, damage, or harm is strictly forbidden on SurpriseGreeting. Graphic or gratuitous violence, including animal cruelty, should not be depicted in content. Refrain from making threats to harm individuals, groups, animals, or property. Do not distribute, post, send, or solicit content on the Site that glorifies, advocates, or promotes terrorism or violence for political, religious, ethnic, or ideological objectives.

6. No Nudity, Sexually Explicit Content, or Sexualization of Minors

SurpriseGreeting is not a platform for the distribution or solicitation of pornographic, indecent, obscene, objectionable, or sexually explicit content. Nudity, including genitalia, fully-nude buttocks, and female nipples, is prohibited. Sexual stimulation or masturbation, with or without nudity, is also strictly prohibited. These restrictions encompass real, mimicked, or implied activity and digitally-created or manipulated content.

The sexualization of minors is absolutely prohibited. Do not distribute, post, send, or solicit any sexually explicit content involving minors or any content that displays or promotes the physical abuse, neglect, endangerment, psychological disparagement, or harm of children. We will promptly report any sexually explicit content involving minors to law enforcement.

7. No Cruelty, Harassment, Bullying, or Doxxing

Refrain from distributing, posting, sending, or soliciting content that is, incites, or encourages any explicitly or implicitly illegal, abusive, harassing, threatening, hateful, racist, derogatory, or reputation-damaging actions. Additionally, do not engage in doxxing—sharing or revealing personal information about individuals without their consent.

Respect the talent users on SurpriseGreeting. Avoid distributing, posting, sending, or soliciting content that wishes harm, disability, or death upon them or anyone else. Insulting someone based on their personal attributes such as appearance, personality traits, or intellect is against the rules. Lastly, do not ridicule or taunt victims of tragic or violent events. It is also prohibited to harass SurpriseGreeting employees.

8. Do Not Violate Intellectual Property or Other Rights

By submitting content to the SurpriseGreeting marketplace, you affirm that you either own the content or have the right to submit it and grant us permission to use it. When using SurpriseGreeting, you agree not to violate, infringe upon, or misappropriate the intellectual property, privacy, publicity, moral rights, or other legal rights of any individual or entity. Please refer to our Terms of Service for more details on our copyright policy.

Do not access SurpriseGreeting with the intention of obtaining information to build a similar or competitive service. Furthermore, refrain from attempting to decipher, decompile, disassemble, or reverse engineer any software or underlying computer code used by us to provide our services. Do not scrape, crawl, engage in spidering or harvesting any part of our Site.

9. Respect Privacy Rights

We strictly prohibit content that violates the confidentiality of personal data or personally identifiable information (e.g., contact or social security information) of others. For more information on how we collect, use, and share personal information, please refer to our Privacy Policy. If we are made aware of content depicting or containing personal data or personally identifiable information of other users or third parties, we will remove it promptly if it is within our control.

10. Do Not Undermine Site Security and Reliability

Undermining the security and reliability of our Site is strictly prohibited. This includes any hacking attempts, efforts to bypass our access restrictions, or the use of automated scripts to collect information from the Site or our users. Similarly, do not distribute files or content that contain malicious materials such as viruses, Trojan horses, worms, logic bombs, or any other harmful components. Do not attempt to circumvent any technological measures implemented by us, our providers, or any other person that are intended to protect SurpriseGreeting, our users, or any other individuals.

B. Enforcement

Remember, you are responsible for your account and the content you submit. The use of any SurpriseGreeting Offering is limited to specific purposes outlined in our Terms of Service.

In the event that we become aware of content or activity on the Site that violates our Terms of Service, including these Community Guidelines, we will enforce them at our sole discretion. We may temporarily suspend your SurpriseGreeting account while reviewing possible violations and determining appropriate enforcement measures.

The enforcement of these Community Guidelines by SurpriseGreeting may include:

• Issuing a warning
• Removing content from our Site
• Temporarily suspending account access for a specified period
• Permanently suspending account access
• Contacting law enforcement
• Taking other action at SurpriseGreeting’s sole discretion

When deciding how to enforce these Guidelines, we consider various factors, including the nature of the content, the severity of the conduct, and the number of violations by the same user (“strikes”). Generally, we do not monitor users’ off-platform behavior. However, under certain circumstances, we may take it into account. For example, we may consider off-platform behavior that provides context or involves actions on SurpriseGreeting or references to SurpriseGreeting while engaging in behavior that would otherwise violate these Guidelines. Extreme off-platform behavior, including membership in hate groups or terrorist organizations, sexual assault, child abuse, or other severe actions, will also be considered.

In certain cases, we may, at our sole discretion, make exceptions to our content  or talent removal policies when we determine that the material serves the public interest, such as content that is clearly parody, satirical, scientific, or educational in nature.

To ensure a safe and welcoming environment on SurpriseGreeting, you agree to cooperate with any investigations conducted by SurpriseGreeting and promptly provide any requested information.

Please note that if your SurpriseGreeting account is permanently suspended, we will refund any funds held by us within a reasonable period. We will not be able to refund funds held by third parties.

C. Appeal Process

Appeal

If you believe that our enforcement decision against you was incorrect, you may request an appeal in writing by emailing safety@SurpriseGreeting.com. Your appeal must be sent from the email address associated with your SurpriseGreeting account that received the enforcement decision. Please provide detailed reasons why you believe the decision was incorrect. Appeals are granted at the sole discretion of SurpriseGreeting, and our decisions in these matters are final and binding.

Reinstatement After Suspension

If your SurpriseGreeting account has been suspended due to a violation of the Terms of Service, including these Community Guidelines, you may request reinstatement after the suspension period ends. To request reinstatement, submit a written request to safety@SurpriseGreeting.com from the email address associated with your suspended SurpriseGreeting account. The request for reinstatement should include: (a) a detailed description of why you wish to rejoin SurpriseGreeting, (b) confirmation that you have read and will adhere to SurpriseGreeting’s Terms of Service, including these Community Guidelines, and (c) any other confirmations, acknowledgments, or agreements requested by us. Please note that reinstatement requests do not guarantee reinstatement, as decisions are subject to the sole discretion of SurpriseGreeting.

As SurpriseGreeting continues to evolve and introduce new features and products, we may periodically update these Community Guidelines to address changes in user behavior and interaction, as well as new risks and concerns.
